A liberating atmosphere with plenty of new experiences

Q: What was your motivation for joining the program?

The professor supervising my research suggested the program to me. No other program offered the same experience of engagement with people from different fields, so this was a major motivating factor. My decision to apply was also influenced by the quality of the education and research in the program, as well as the availability of financial support.

Q: What are your future dreams and goals?

I hope to contribute to society by developing more humanized network systems, ones that go beyond the simple interchange of digital data and actually interact with the real world.

Q: What about the program appeals to you?

The range of new experiences and the atmosphere of freedom appeal to me. I really appreciate the unique opportunities to interact with such a diverse range of people and learn about other academic fields.
