To find the things I can do, the things only I can do
Q What was your motivation for joining the program, and what about the program appeals to you?
By participating in the HWIP program, I want to learn accepting diverse viewpoints on issues, and it will make me to grow. And I want to make human connections with who have a strong passion for research. These things will make me a scientist that can see the problem at multiple points of view.
Comparing with other programs, I think the attractive point of HWIP is that This group consists of people that have not too broad research background. That gives a balance between the ideal Interdisciplinary research and Real Achievements.
Q What is your expertise and how do you want to develop it with the program?
I majored in Electronic and Information Engineering, but I think that there is no field I dear can write that I am expertise at it. Because “Expertise” is a relative concept, and I can’t write “expert”, comparing with real experts in fields.
I think that there are full of “expertise” people in this program. In this program, first I want to build up knowledge in different fields to understand the Interdisciplinary research theme in HWIP. Only then, I can get a right to answer the question “how do you want to develop it with the program?”.
Q What are your future dreams and goals?
In future, I want to be a person that make the best use of my abilities, not only in HWIP and also in society and in the world. I feel happy when I’m doing somethings that others can’t achieve including research or development.
